Shipping policy

TAT (Turn-Around Time)

Turn-around time begins the day your order is received. The ship date shown on your order is our commitment. We keep that date current and we frequently ship ahead of it. On the rare occasion something would put us behind, we contact you before the date passes - you will not be left guessing.

Design Approval

For customized orders, we send your design to you for approval 2-7 days before production begins. We do not print a customized design until it has been approved.

It is your responsibility to watch for that message and to reply as soon as possible. Production cannot begin without your approval, so any delay in replying delays your order and may cause it to ship late. Delays caused by waiting on approval are not grounds for a discount, refund, or cancellation.

Rush Orders

We complete all orders in the order they are received. We do not offer rush service, expedited production, or paid priority placement in our queue, and we cannot move an order ahead of others already in production.

If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before placing it and we will tell you honestly whether that date is achievable.

Shipping Policy

We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx as our shipping partners. If you have a preference for a specific shipping carrier, please contact us at the time your order is placed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

$175.00-$200.00 = $12.98
$200.01-$400.00 = $20.98
$400.01-$650.00 = $25.98
$650.01 and over = $35.98

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Millsap, Texas location at no charge. Select local pickup at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready. Please do not come by before you receive that notice.

Pickup is available during business hours by arrangement. Because every item is made to order, unclaimed orders cannot be restocked or resold. If your order has not been picked up within 30 days of the ready notice, we will contact you to arrange pickup or shipping at your expense.
