Refund policy

All sales are final. Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Changes and Cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations or changes once your design has been approved or production has begun, whichever comes first. If you need to change something, contact us immediately - before approval we will accommodate what we can.

Production Defects and Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@4twenty4printing.com within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. If the error is ours, we will replace the item at no charge, and the replacement will ship within 10 business days.

Normal Variation
The following are normal in custom apparel decorating and are not considered defects:

  • Garment color may vary slightly between dye lots and between production runs.
  • Colors shown on a screen may not match printed ink or garment color exactly.
  • Print placement may vary up to 1/2 inch from the stated position.
  • Garment measurements may vary within the manufacturer's stated tolerance.

Garment Substitution
If a garment you ordered is discontinued, out of stock, or backordered by our supplier, we may substitute a comparable garment of similar quality, color, and fit. We will notify you of the substitution before production when possible.

Damage or Loss in Transit
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the order is picked up by the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, damage and loss in transit are handled through the carrier's claims process, and the claim is filed by the recipient.

We will support your claim: we provide the tracking number, ship date, declared value, packaging photos, and any documentation the carrier requests. Report transit damage to us within 7 days of delivery so we can get you that documentation while the claim window is still open.

Carrier claim outcomes are determined by the carrier, not by 4Twenty4 Printed Apparel and Promos.

MOQ/Bulk
For wholesale, 4Twenty4 Printed Apparel requires a minimum order of $175.00.
For other orders, bulk pricing begins at 12 of the same items.
