Customization vs. Personalization
I am always happy to help you tailor a design for your specific needs!

Standard Customization (FREE): Swapping mascots, changing team colors, or updating a school name on an existing 4Twenty4 design is included in your base price.

Personalization (Add-ons): Adding individual names, numbers, or specific one-off text.

$6.00 per location (Back, Sleeve, etc.) for the first item. This covers the custom design setup and the first print.

$3.00 per item for any additional shirts using the exact same personalization.

Exception: If a listing specifically states that personalization is included in the price, these additional fees do not apply.
2. Design Requests & Intellectual Property
I love hearing your ideas! I am always happy to take design requests and try them out. Please note that there are some designs I cannot do, and I will not do trademarked items.

Cost: Most of the time, there is no charge for me to create a new design for you.

Ownership: All designs created by 4Twenty4 remain the intellectual property of 4Twenty4. New designs will be added to our catalog and may be offered to other customers.
3. Customer-Provided Designs
We are happy to print design files provided by you!

Setup Fee: There is a $5.00 Setup Fee per design for customer-provided files. This covers file preparation and includes one digital mockup.

Quality: Please ensure provided files have a transparent background and are high-resolution (300 DPI) for the best print results.
4. Mockup Requests & Market Testing
I want to help you test new ideas with your customers! To balance design time with production, I use the following mockup policy:

5 Free Mockups per Design: You get up to 5 mockups for free for every new design request (e.g., three different color combos, teams, or town names, etc.).

Need more? If you need additional variants (e.g., seeing the same design for more teams), you can purchase a Market Test Bundle for $5.00 (covers up to 5 additional mockups).

Pro-Rated Credit: I will credit $1.00 back to your invoice for every design/shirt ordered from that bundle!

Example: If you order 3 designs of the 5 "extra" teams provided, you get a $3.00 credit back. Order a shirt of all 5, and your full fee is credited!

5. Ordering & Communication
To ensure no order details are lost, I have moved all business communication to official channels. As of March 18, I will no longer accept orders or requests via Facebook Messenger or text messages.

Official Channels: Please send all orders and mockup requests via Email (orders@4twenty4printing.com) or through Faire Messaging.

Paper Trail: Using these channels ensures I have a searchable record of your counts, sizes, and designs.
6. Business Hours & Availability
To maintain an efficient production schedule and protect my time at the press, 4Twenty4 follows the schedule below:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Design Hours: Most design work is completed between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Turnaround: Standard design turnaround time is 24–48 hours.

Note: While I am working throughout the day, I am often at the press and may not be readily available for immediate message replies.

Saturday: Open for production and catch-up.

I do not hold specific office hours on Saturdays. I will be printing, pressing and answering messages as time allows.

I will close up shop at 6:00 PM on Saturdays.

Sunday: CLOSED. * The shop is fully closed for family time. Any messages or orders received will be addressed Monday morning.
